Meet Danielle
Hi, I’m Danielle.
I’m a Registered Massage Therapist, bodywork practitioner, and alignment mentor—but mostly, I help people come home to themselves.
Whether it’s through hands-on sessions, intentional conversation, or something in between, my work is rooted in presence, curiosity, and reconnection.
My Story
This work started long before I had a business card.
I have always been the one people turned to when something felt off—when they needed clarity, grounding, or just space to breathe. Over time, I shaped that natural pull into a practice that helps others reconnect with their body, their breath, and what they truly need.
My path has led me through many roles—some past, some very much present. Massage therapist, natural chef, nutritionist, event creator, entrepreneur, space holder, and mother. Each one has shaped how I listen, guide, and hold space today. My journey began with massage therapy and remains rooted there, but curiosity has led me through many realms. I studied holistic nutrition and trained as a natural chef in San Francisco, expanding my understanding of nourishment beyond just food.
Entrepreneurship runs deep in me. I have built from the ground up, paused to rebuild, and learned just as much through experience as I have through formal training. I have moved through my own seasons of burnout and rediscovery, which is why I hold space the way I do—with presence, patience, and realness.
My sessions blend therapeutic massage, movement awareness, and intuitive mentorship. I do not believe in quick fixes or one size fits all anything. I believe in slowing down, following the thread, and letting the body lead.
I also believe in stepping outside your comfort zone when something inside is calling for change. If you are feeling the pull to come back to yourself, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
